Approval of My German Spouse Visa

When did you received a confirmation that my German Spouse Visa Application has been APPROVED?
For how many months did you wait before you get your German Spouse Visa Application APPROVED?
Is there a way to speed things up in processing your German Spouse Visa Application ?
What is a Date of arrival in Germany requirement?

I was very surprised and at the same time nervous when I received a letter from the German Embassy. I don't know if they still needed additional papers or something was wrong with my application. Fortunately, the letter states: "the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany is pleased to inform you that your application for a Visa has been approved."

In the letter also stated that I have to submit a VALID PASSPORT and the DATE OF ARRIVAL IN GERMANY.

What is a Date of arrival in Germany?
Literally it is the date of your arrival in Germany.
After receiving the approval letter from the embassy, I immediately told my German Spouse and my German Spouse immediately bought a ticket for me. So what I submitted was a Hard Copy of an electronic form of my plane ticket to Germany (I printed it).

Again, you can't just directly send your documents to the German Embassy. You have to call the call center of the German Embassy. The official COURIER of the German Embassy is Air21 and the fee cost 320 Pesos round trip. Roun trip means sending and then receiving back your documents. The fee is payable upon pick-up.

Please note that sending of the required documents through a non-accredited courier service of the Embassy can significantly delay the printing and releasing of your Visa.

After a week from sending my passport and date of arrival in Germany, I received my passport back with the German Visa.

At last, MY GERMAN SPOUSE VISA WAS APPROVED and my passport with the German Visa is already in my hands!

How long did it took? I went to the German Embassy in Manila at the End of February 2008. I received an Approval of my German Visa letter First Week of April 2008. I just waited for a month and my German Visa was approved. I honestly thought it would take 4 to 6 months or more as stated at there website.

How I did it? How did I make it quick? What specific measures did I go through to make it faster? Honestly, I don't know how to answer these questions. I just submitted all the necessary requirements and the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany approved my visa after a month.

I really feel sorry for those people I have encountered at the CFO Seminar or at the German Embassy who told me they have waited for 6 months, 8 months and more than a year but still there German Visa are not yet approved.

Is marrying your German Spouse in the Philippines and getting a German Spouse Visa faster than getting a German Fiance Visa?
Based on my experience, PROBABLY. In my opinion, the processing of a German Fiance Visa is a bit longer because you are not yet married to your German Spouse. The embassy have to do more investigation or background check on you.

Do you have a relative or connection or someone you know at the German Embassy that helped you processed your papers faster?
100% NO! I just follow their rules and guidelines, submit the papers they needed and read a lot info from their website.

I really don't have any idea on what is behind the Embassy's Visa processing. I don't have any idea why someone's Visa was approved faster than the other one. Maybe I was just lucky... that I only waited for a month... ^_^

this is such a very useful information for me,my bf is planning to come here next year with his family for our wedding ceremony because they thought this is the fastest way for us to be together in germany, is it necessary to enroll in a formal institute for the german language or can I study it myself? I already have several materials with me since June, and has been memorizing and practicing the language, I learned a few....pls advise, thanks

EditorPinoy said...

Hello Ms. Anonymous,

Thanks for your comment!

As the Basic German Certification is already a requirement for your VISA, you need to enroll in a formal institute for the German language course and take the German Certification Exam later.

If you plan to take the German Language Course in the Philippines, please email me directly as I have a friend in the Philippines who is willing to help you. I am pretty sure you will pass the Exam, get the German Language Certificate and then get your German Spouse Visa. ^_^

my email add is pinoyingermany@googlemail.com

If you still have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask ^_^

its me cyrille,

did u undergo A1?
am i exempted? i have 4 yr degree course...
what did u do??

EditorPinoy said...

Oh, Hello Cyrille,

Fortunately for you, you don't need to take a Basic German Course. Just like me, I also have a 4 year course (a Bachelor's degree).

But do bring with you your College Diploma when going to the German Embassy.

But still, ask the people in the German Embassy if you are required to take Basic German Course or not since their rules always change.

Click HERE for more details about the German Visa Requirements

Hi there! I hope we could share the same experience very soon. I wrote you once before about the embassy not asking for my diploma and TOR during the interview and then requiring me to take the A1 exam. Well, as you suggested, I asked my husband to inquire with the embassy about it. Good thing is, he also coordinated with the Alien's Office there and they've been very supportive. I was waiting for a formal request from the embassy to send my TOR and diploma. But last Friday, my husband called me and said the Alien's Office informed him that they already gave the go signal to the embassy here for my visa. I haven't submitted the originals/hard copies of my TOR and diploma but they said they don't need them anymore. Well, i just don't know how long it would take for the embassy here to send me that letter saying my application has been approved. And I'm also not sure if giving the go signal means that the embassy would really issue me the letter immediately. What do you think? I applied last week of February this year. Grrrrrrrrrrr, waiting is really the hardest part. Esp. because I'm still not sure if everything's really ok by this time.
Your blogsite's really good and helpful. Keep up the good work.
Warm regards!

EditorPinoy said...

Hi Anonymous,

If they gave a GO signal then it probably means that they will give you a letter stating that you're visa has been approved. Maybe you will receive the letter this April or May. In my case, I went to the German Embassy last February 2008 and received the Visa Approval letter on April 2008. So just be patient and always pray. ^_^ Congratulations! ^_^

Thank you for finding my site good and helpful ^_^
Best Regards! ^_^

Approval of My German Spouse Visa

Thanks a lot! I'm so impressed with your immediate reply. Have one more question, hope you don't mind. When your visa was approved, were you given a deadline as to when you should leave? If yes, how long? Or it's all up to you when you want to go to Germany as long as the visa is approved? I was thinking kasi if there is deadline then maybe I have to start preparing na like packing, resigning from my job, etc. Though, honestly, I'm not prepared to leave so soon. Nakakalungkot pa rin kasi para sa mga maiiwan ko dito, esp. my mom who's been depressed na lately because of several things . . .

Again, thanks mucho!

EditorPinoy said...

Hi Anonymous,

You're very welcome ^_^
There was no deadline given to me when my visa was approved. I believe it's all up to you as to when you would like to fly in Germany. Yes, you have to start preparing at least a month before your scheduled flight to Germany. This is to give you time to prepare, resignation, other paper works and of course spend time with your family. I understand how you feel (I myself miss my family so much that I would like to go back to the Philippines. But I am already here so life must go on...).

Again, your welcome ^_^

Hi, it's me again. Just want to share with you the good news. I got the letter approving my visa already. Wow, everything happened really fast. Your views from the very start were right after all. Thanks a lot! You've been a great help. If not for this blogsite, I wouldn't have the ideas on what to do and maybe I would have to wait longer and clueless on what to expect. Now, we move on to the next level . . . preparing for departure . . . Hayyyyyy life . . . Most probably, I'd be leaving in June.

Again, thanks so much and more power! Will continue to keep in touch.

All the best!

Hello Anonymous and EditorPinoy, i just came from Manila and my visa application interview was quite okay. With God's help, everything there was really okay. I just put the "Exemption Letter" on top of my documents and the consule? she read it and without any questions she encoded everything in the computer. She just asked me where, when, and how did i meet my husband..after that, finished! Ihope the visa will come faster than we expect just like you. I'm afraid that they will ask for an "examination of documents" because this would be another expenses...oh my! this stressed me up. Did the embassy gave you also a paper about a further examination? these are 2 pages paper that contains explanation of a possible examination of documents. I don't know how to call it. Do you also have something like this? Thank you for your very useful informations and good news that makes me hopeful somehow.

althely said...

In this case now, i don't know what to wait and what to expect. I am also afraid that there will be problems along the way..i hope wala na..please help us pray.thank you everyone.

EditorPinoy said...

Hello althely,

As far as I can remember, the embassy gave me a sheet of paper that contains all the things that I must give them. And one of the things is the Examination of Documents which cost a lot. Luckily the embassy did not ask me for this requirement so I assume I don't have problems with the papers that I have submitted.

You can call the embassy on what to do next. But in my experience I asked the embassy during my interview on what to do next and she replied "Just wait for our (snail) mail"... And the next mail was "Your visa has been approved!" ^_^

As what just Anonymous did, she got her visa approved like she'd never expected ^_^ Don't be afraid, that's the way papers are processed, Germany is very strict regarding laws, papers etc. Just pray and Believe. And you will be the second person to "Graduate (visa approved)" just reading my blog.hehe ^_^

althely said...

Yes, thank you. I will just wait till i get letter from the embassy. This is all that i can do. So you also have this paper they gave me. I hope that i will graduate..hehehe..thank you so much for your immediate responses on my queries.

What are the questions asked during a visa interview?
What are the common German Visa interview questions?
German Language Certificate B1

Anonymous said...

Good Morning, Editor Pinoy!

I just want to ask a question lng sna regarding how the visa process po. Actually, I am GAY and I have a guy partner in Germany. He is an American with a Lifetime Residence Permit there. I applied last week of March, but the German Embassy in Manila required me to do the Fiancee Visa. Honestly, we're already married n po, here lng nman s Makati named MCCPh (Metropolitan Community Church). The Church is a member of MCC in California. Okay! So the story goes like this; All our documents my Birth Certificate, CENOMAR, his Birth Certificate, copy of his Civil Status translated na in Deutsch and our "Holy Union" Certificate (certificate ng kasal nmin s MCCPh) ay pinunta nyah n s Stadtesamt. And they told to my husband that I can apply that time in the Embassy, but sad to say that I don't have the basic knowledge of German Language or Start Deutsch 1 Zertifikat. So, nag-aral muna ako bgo mag-apply at nkapasa nman po. I hope you have time to answer my questions. Thankz…

EditorPinoy said...

Hi Anonymous,

Guten Tag ^_^
First of all, I would like to say that my reply would be based on my opinion since I don't have any experience about German Visa application with same sex marriage situation. So it would be best that you ask the German Embassy directly to get the concrete answers.

So this is my opinion...
You should tell the German Embassy that you are already married and in that case they should tell you that you should get a German Spouse Visa (as opposed to the Fiance Visa).

"Paano po ang processing sa Visa n ina-applyan ko?"
I can't answer this question directly since your situation is different than mine but the link below might help.

German Spouse Visa Cook Book
"Sino po b ang magde2sisyon and Stadtesamt, Auslaenderamt o ang Embassy lng s Manila?"
I think all of these offices will be making the decision. These offices communicate with each other regarding your Visa. But honestly I don't know what is the exact things happening inside these offices.

What I did is just:
1. Passed the requirements that they asked.
2. Asked so many questions if something is not clear
3. Wait for their reply or information for the next step.

Hope this helps ^_^
Basic German Language Visa Requirement, Required or Not

Thank you po s reply.

Noong ngpunta ksi ako last week ng March and they interviewed me. I showed the photocopy with authentication of our Holy Union Certificate sa nag-interview ksi nsa Stadtesamt ang original n copy with our other documents. After, they gave me a 2 pcs. of papers which is a "Document Checking" daw and I need to tell to my husband n kelangan nyang itanong s Alien Office nla don kung kelangan ngang i-document check p ang mga papers ko, tapos mgbayad ako ng another 11k php. So, he asked the Stadtesamt and that Office called the Auslaenderamt that time. They told to my husband that it is not needed anymore. The Stadtesamt also told him that they will send an E-Mail to the Embassy here to tell that it's not needed nga.

Thanks again!

EditorPinoy said...

Halu Anonymous,

With regards to the duration of the processing of papers, honestly I don't have any idea about that. Also note that during the time I applied for the German Spouse Visa, they have this "no visa follow-ups" rule. Which means I just waited for their mail or waited for them on what I should do next.

My German spouse is not interviewed by the Auslaenderamt or Standesamt when we applied for the German Visa.

With regards to my experiences when applying for the German Visa, please read the link below:

Hallo,

In my experience, simple lng ang tanong z.B. "sn kmi ngkakila2 ng asawa q?, ng-aaral b q ngaun o anong ntapos cong course? ska paikot2 lng ang tanong. Be sure n lng n lhat ng katanungan syoh msagot moh ng ndi prang ngu2luhan. Tip lng: Dpat my mgandang 2log ka sa gbi b4 ur Interview pra ndi mxadong ngu2luhan ang brain. Hehe! LoL!

Anonymous: 14.Dez, 1:04PM
Validity ng Visa? U mean b kpag na-approve n ito? 90 days. But, 1 year lng muna ang ibi2gay ng Ausländeramt as Residence Permit then after the renewal mga 2 years nman. Dahil kelngan moh p din mg-aral d2 pra nman s Permanent Residence Visa. LoL!

Anonymous: 6.Dez
Gaano katagal ang process ng Visa? Case 2 case basis xe tlga yan. But, I heard n my mbilis dw tlga kpag Spouse k n.

Sa tanong mo about s German Exception. I think kng my pnangha2wakan k nman n tntwag nlang "DEGREE HOLDER", my list of letter nman ang German Authority o ang Embassy about s ganyan' case pra ma-xcepmt. But, kng dahil lng s ayw mo mg-aral s Pinas o s Goethe Institut at d2 moh nga gus2 mg-aral ng Language. They called it xe n "Orientational Course" at yan course n yan ay pra lng s pampatagal stay d2 s Germany (Residence Permit) at ndi s pag-aaral s normal schools. Eingentlich, required n xe lhat ng Ausländer n mg-aral ng Orientational Course n yan at helpful nman xa xe tlga, instead n lgi n lng mg-renew ng Residence Permit, and the Bundesamt would award those people n my Certificate non' ng pang-mtgalang pag-stay d2.

I guess, much better ay hingin nyoh ang authorize ng Ausländeramt. Bka tangapin nila ang 4 years College Degree mo?

But, don't worry! Xe sbi mo nman kasal n kyoh. So, ask moh nyoh n lng ang Ausländeramt pra mbigyan kyoh ng authorization.

Hello? I read all the comments and especially your experienced when processing your visa and marriage certificate. By the way, I am angel from Cebu City, my bf and I agreed to have our marriage in Germany, thinking that fiancee visa is fast approval than spousal visa. But based on your experience, marriage here in the Phils. is better and the visa approved faster. His vacation here is only 2 weeks, is it enough time for our marriage here in Cebu City?
Regarding the A1 german language, do I need to study and take the A1 test? I am graduate of 4 year course...I am waiting for your reply....Thank you so much, I really like your blog....

I think, ndi din gnon kdali mghanap ng Job d2 s Germany s ngaun... Especially, for us as Ausländer... The German Society, don't use English Language and I think yan ang dhilan n nhi2rapan ang mga Ausländer d2... But, kng meron k din pnangha2wakang Diploma s Pinas, ndi p din xa assurance... It's hard tlga xe n ma-anerkannt xa (Diploma) d2 s Germany... That's why many Ausländer said, n back to ZERO ang nga2nap... In demand job? I think, about Medical aspect z.B. Altenpfleger, Krankenpfleger... Germany has a lot of old peoples now... I guess, s part n yan, dyan cla ngha2nap ng Employee's... But still, you have to have your German Language good... As in, kyang mkpag-conversation... LoL!

Thanks!

Sorry talaga! Eto ahh! LoL!

That's why I still go back to this BLOG because it help me so much before din kasi... LoL!

LoL! Always pray lang and have a lot of patient... Let God drive our lives!

hi there! may anak ksi me at posible ko ba xa maisama gusto din ksi ng fiance ko na mdla ko na xa..ask ko sana ano mga necessary papers kailangan ko kunin d2... thanks and more power!

federweisser said...

Melody,

Halli, Hallo! I guess, may possibility na maisama mo ang anak mo kasama na sa approval ng Fianceé Visa mo... But, you have to do the things;

Applicant:
Birth Certificate (NSO Copy)
Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR), Kung Widow ka naman, copy non sa NSO, (Valid until 6 Months)
Proof of Singleness (Notary, Highest Court and DFA Certified)
Proof of Residency (Barangay, Highest Court, DFA Certified)
Copy of Passport (Fianceé)
Basic German Certificate

Child:
Birth Certificate (Local Registry and NSO)
Declaration ng Child Offices (Bantay Bata, to know na anak mo siyang tunay, DFA Certified)
Basic German Certificate (15 yrs. old above)

But, before sana nyan... Ask na din ng Fianceé mo sa Standesamt or City Hall ang mga dapat nyong gwin muna... But, this are the things na kailangan ng Standesamt;

From the German partner:
1) Passport
2) Birth Certificate... Original with names of parents, and an official translation to German
3) The equivalent of a CENOMAR... For a German citizen it can be obtained from the Burgeramt, citizens of other countries must get it from their Embassy.

From the Philippines partner:
1) A copy of the main page of the Passport, certified by the German Embassy in the Philippines
2) CENOMAR from the National Statistics Office (NSO)... Original and certified translation
3) Birth certificate from the National Census and Statistics Office, Office of the Civil Registrar-General. Original and a certified translation.

Much better talaga na ma-informed niyo muna sa City Hall sa place ng Fianceé mo ang plan ninyong Kasal dito, para mabigyan kayo ng DATE or TIME kailan dapat kayo ikasal dito... He can ask na din kung anong kailangan ng anak mo, na dapat maipasa mo din dito o sa kanya... I recommend na dito mo na ipa-translate ang documents mo to German Language kesa dyan tapos i-send moh sa kanya? You have to make it very valid, masasayang lang ang pera at gagastos pa kayo ng malaki... LoL!

LoL!

Hi,,

Im mika from Cebu, your blog is really helpful.. I was applying for a marriage visa and had my interview last July 5 2010, but i have a little concern because Im a late registered, Do you have any idea if how long it will take for my visa to approve since im late registered?

federweisser said...

Mika,

Hallo! I guess, mag-take talaga ito ng TIME... But, if you did all the Requirements at ganon din ang BF o Asawa mo dito... Just only wait for the C.I. or your Partner should ask here about the processing ng application mo sa Standesamt.. But, I came from Q.C. kasi, walang C.I. na naganap... I only heard it sa mga friends ko, na na-experience yon... Wait ka lang and be patience! LoL!

I don't know where to get this document. Is anybody can share, what are the documents you bring in Germany for your wedding or to get a marriage license? I am now processing of my fiancee visa. I have all the documents already except for the A1 certificate.

I have my A1 certificate already.I am now ready to call to the embassy for an appointment...god Bless!!!!

But kng susundin moh ito:

Applicant:
Birth Certificate (NSO Copy)
Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR), Kung Widow ka naman, copy non sa NSO, (Valid until 6 Months)
Proof of Singleness (Notary, Highest Court and DFA Certified)
Proof of Residency (Barangay, Highest Court, DFA Certified)

with the help na rin ng Partner mo dito sa Germany, makakatulong upang mapadali ang process mo... LoL!

Well, always pray, kasi kahit anong mangyari, kapag will ni God, pagkakaloob! Goodluck!

Halli, Hallo! LoL!

But, as I heard, 4 to 6 months para sa Spouse Visa, medyo matagal na yan... Mostly kasi 4 weeks lang naging process ng papers ng mga naging classmate ko sa G.I. before... LoL! Hehe! Keep positive na lang and always pray... LoL!

Hi,

I just lodged my application for a German student visa (counter 2, I guess that's the default counter for national visas), the visa officer didn't really ask me a lot of questions, just read my letter of admission from the German University & the letter from UNIassist, checked my finances asked me who'll be financing my studies (I'll be financing my studies from personal savings for the first year & the rent from a condo we recently purchased for the subsequent terms) and asked for my TOR (which thankfully I brought with me a). After filing my docs and collecting the visa application fee, the visa officer returned my passport and told me to return to the embassy 27 days later, bring my passport and go to counter 4. The visa officer (who I must say was rather nice & found my minor acts of stupidity amusing) didn't tell me anything so I don't know what to expect, other people I know (sadly none of them are Filipino) who also applied for a German student visa were told to expect a letter of approval of some sorts & their passports were kept, so am a little lost. I was kinda hoping some Pinoy can tell me what the procedure (come-back-to-the-German-embassy-on-a-certain-date-bring-your-passport-scenario) usually implies so I can email the admissions office of the university to confirm my slot for the autumn term or ask for a deferral of admission. Thanks in advance!

Hi
"Legal Capacity of Contract Marriage"? I think, CENOMAR yan... Certificate of No Marriage... Anyway, plan mo naman mag-Fiancee Visa diba? Yan nga ang tawag niyan sa Pilipinas... Kasi kapag kasal ka naman na, CEMAR... Certificate of Marriage!

Pero for more info... Try to read the blog carefully! Nakakasawa kasi yun' question... How many times na natalakay... I really don't want to offend you... But, honestly, this blog is really helpful naman talaga...

federweisser said...

Anonymous (Nov.10),

Halli Hallo,
LoL!

Anonymous said...

hello anonymous, dont be so confused, wag mo ring iparehas ang nangyari sayo at sa mga kakilala mo, dahil iba iba nag pupuntahan nyong lugar dito sa germany, it doesnt mean, germany pupuntahan nyong lahat eh same na ang processing, it all depends sa standesamt sa lugar ng mapapangasawa mo. may mahigpit, meron ding hindi.like federweisser said, kapag ang standesamt na ang nagsabi na kelangan mu ng document checking, eh wag ng umangal or maguluhan, hehe.

Anonymous said...

Hi everyone..
I just want to ask kasi my husband had told me that the Officer of the Alien Office of Offenbach Germany had emailed him that the application for a family reunion visa is approved and they informed already the Philippine German Embassy through email. Mga Ilang araw , linggo o buwan ang antayin ko para inform nila me na visa is already in the embassy? Salamat po.. God bless

federweisser said...

Anonymous (Dec.1),

Depende!

I applied last September 3, all the required papers ay nandoon ... Last November 3 , i heard na may nagverify sa Birth and Marriage ko doon sa LCR . Dami daw tanong nong taga embassy about me.. Nong December 1, my husband recieved an email from his Alien office na nag-inform that my application for family reunion is approved. Un nga lang, nagwait me ng ilang araw until di me mapakali at akoy tumawag na sa embassy. I was lucky enough that in a few seconds someone picked up the phone. so I introduced myself at tinanong ko kung ano na ang status ng application ko. First they asked me about myself for the security purposes. At the end sinabi nya sa akin na Yes your application for family reunion is approved long time na daw. I didnt ask bakit di nila me tinawagan gayong approved na pala siguro nong November pa.. She asked me kung nakapagbook na ba daw me ng ticket. .
Keep up the good work...Ipagpatuloy mo ang pagbiagy informaion sa lahat ng nangangailangan ng tulong about visa .. Salamat.... Merry Christmas in advance and have a Prosperous New Year to you. Take care and God bless..

hermi said...

update ko lang po. visa is approved and the embassy had call me last tuesday asking me to send my passport and flight details. So my husband had book a ticket for me immidiately tapos i call the center for the air21 to pick up of my passport and flight details.. This coming January 5, 2011 will be my flight.. Sinasadya kong aabot pa ng January dahil gusto ko pang magcelebrate ng Pasko at New Year dito sa Pinas.. Sa mga sumabaybay dito sa website na eto, Advance Merry Christmas and a Happy New year . To the owner, thanks for your bolgs.. it really help me a lot. Ingat

hello, im filipina and currently studying here in england. i have a german boyfriend and we are planning to get a fiance visa for me so that we can prepare our marriage there. how long will it take to get a fiance visa and what are the requirements needed? thank you^^

federweisser said...

Anonymous (January 7),

Hallo,

Ganon b yon? Anyway, depende yan... Saan mo kukunin ang mga papers for Requirements? Sa Pinas pa din ba?

Okay!

federweisser said...

Melody & Anonymous (Jan.20),

Guten Tag,
i just had my interview sa embassy sa manila yesterday, Feb. 1. After the interview, the lady at the counter handed me a paper that contains additional requirements that I need to submit. What confuses me and my Fiance in Germany was this "CONFIRMATION FROM STANDESAMT/Ausländerbehörde if checking of documents is needed". Eh diba after 2 or weeks pa bago dumating ung papers ko sa Germany?

@Anonymous of March 30, 2011 10:01 PM

hi! yes pwede kayo magfollow up, as long as you go there sa tamang oras, 11am nga for follow up ng status ng application, if sabi ng foreign office ng hubby mo na na-send back na nila sa manila, pwede mo na puntahan yun, ganun din kasi ginawa ko, last march 17 letter sa asawa ko na sinend na nila pabalik ang papers ko sa manila, march 23 nagpunta ako sa embassy for follow up, sinabi ko na sinend na ng foreign office ang application ko last march 17 pa, so ayun chineck nung consul tapos kinuha na passport ko, tinanong ako kung kelan date of arrival ko then ayun ok na, sabi sesend back na lang nila passport ko thru Air21, tapos that week then march 25 na received ko na passport ko with visa, hehe ^^ God Bless ^^

Anonymous said...

hi priceless and to everyon, salamat sa mga advices nyo... medyo nag-aalangan kasi akong magfollow up dito sa manila kasi di ko nga sure if ieentertain ako but when you told me na pede pala, sa monday ill be there to have my follow up. Also, wala parin akong ticket, okay lang ba magbigay ako ng estimated time of arrival? Medyo naiinip narin kasi kami ng kahihintay, kasi befoore ko pinasa ung papers ko sa embassy, i really made it sure na kumpleto lahat para naman wala ng waiting time... then we tried updating my papers in germany sabi nga nla, they have done their part and they cant do anything to influence the german embassy in manila with regards sa gaano katagal iprocess dito ung visa ko... thanks sa lahat and May God bless us all!

sorry.. what i mean is estimated date of arrival... =)

3.CENOMAR from NSO(manila)

kailangan rin po bang ipa-red ribbon yung CENOMAR,parental advice at civil status before sending it to him?...and last na lang po...di ko po talaga alam yung declaration in lieu of an oath...pleas Help me po...i think im lost na...gusto ko po sanang makuha dito sa dipolog lahat ng papers na kailangan ko before going to manila for the other papers... maraming salamat po talaga....i hope somebody can help me and my fiance...

Hi anonymous of April 6, 2011 9:06 PM

first of all congrats to you and your fiance'S enggagement (inassume ko nlang dhil ang sbi mo nman is plano nyo ng kmuha ng viisa for getting married in Germany) anyway, ill try to answer all your questions based on my experience ok? but, it is still depends to the civil regidstry office (standesamt) of your fiance.

1. original birth certificate - what i have submitted is a NSO Cert. (SecPa or Yellow paper ng NSO) from nso branch in my town (hindi ko kinuha sa NSO Manila)

4. declaration in lieu of an oath - 2 paper documents ang naiisip ko dito,

2. pwede ito din yung paper na tinatawag nilang FORMAL OBLIGATION na makukuha ng fiance mo sa (ausänderamt/foreign office) this will serve as his invitation letter for you to come to Germany.

(Our general visiting hours (including passport section, general consular matters):
Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 11:00 hours)

@jenie - hi jenie! im glad im able to help you.. gusto ko lang din kasi makatulong sa iba, i was like you before din kasi and meron din mga taong tumulong sakin so as much as possible gusto ko ibalik yung tulong na binigay nila sa kin sa ibang nangangailangan, hehe :) yap, paalis na ako sa 22 this month, finally ill be with my husband soon and we can start building our dreams and family together, hihi ^^ with regards sa question mo, clear ko lng, Legal Capacity yuung kinukuha ng fiance mo right? para maikasal kayo duon sa Germany? actually i didnt been through that experience dahil spouse ang pinagdaanan ko but its similar din naman so i was able to share other things like yung sa nauna mong mga tanong.. anyway i have friends from my langguage course before sa Goethe, fiance din sila, as far as i know you need to submit all the required docs from you, then your fiance will submit it to his standesamt, then after all the checking of the documents(kasali ang pag CI sayo) meron silang ibbgay na paper sa fiance mo, ito ung written confirmation about sa application ng daTE of marriage nyo duon, idadala nya to sa ausländeramt para ibgay yung papeles na kailngan nyo which is ung FORMAL OBLIGATION, ito kasi ang mga papel na kailngan nyo for your application ng visa. with regards to langguage course naman, yes you still need to study atleast A1 dhil requirement din ito pgnagapply ka ng visa, dati pwede ung wala ng a1 certificate, pero pag dating mo duon magaaral kpa din ng langguage nila, so parehas lang, kailngan m p din tlga aralin un. hehe :) if you want to keep intouch with me, u can send me an email para ma-accomodate ko questions mo, minsan kasi matagal bago ako nkakabalik sa page na ito to check for updates, hehe.. ill leave my email sis :) xxPricelessxx@rocketmail.com

@ priceless...its me..jenie...wow...finally...you can do all what you've been waiting for with your husband...i know you miss him too much also..hehe..im so glad i met you...tnx sa email add...hmmm...kailangan pa pala ipa-authenticate ung passport sa embassy before getting a certified true copy of it?..ang kailangan dw kasi ng fiance ko is ung certified true copy ng passport...and i have read also that ung Nso b-certificate at CENOMAr is needed to be with Red Ribbon if it will be check outside our country to validate that it was a true copy...after pala ng embassy ma-check ung docs ko..isi-C.I nila ako then after that tsaka nila ibibigay ung papers from my fiance?..tnx so mch priceless....

Hi! Im offering visa application assistance specially for fiance and spouse. I am NOT a travel agent nor owner of a travel agency. I am just also a filipina like many here that is married with a German guy. I have done my own visa application and took me only 1 and half month to get my family reunion visa(spouse visa) after our wedding. I have heard from one of my classmate in goethe that he paid 40,000.00 (fourty thousand pesos) just for visa assistance and i think that is too much. I may not be able to do every duty as a travel agent would do for you but i can assure you to give the best of my knowledge with visa application specially i have done this my self. If you have any questions with regards to the fee and any other infos or would want to avail for my service, pls email me at patlaine_19@yahoo.com. Thanks!

Hallo Guten Tag!

Salamat..

Priceless said...

@anonymous - what do you mean ok na yun? it depends on your situation and what kind of visa you are applying for. let us know so we can advice and share some knowledge with you ^^

@Priceless...
I don't know... If o.k na yun.. Kasi na co confuse lang ako... I applying as a Fiancee Visa.. kasi tapos na nila i check yung papers ko pati ng auswaertiges.. Ngayon tumawag yung stamdesamt sa fiancee ko, na Ipapa tranlate nya yung Birth at cenomar ko.. and my question is if wait pa rin ba ako matapos yung tranlate ng mga documents ko before ako ma-approval ng Visa.. Thank you for answering my question Priceless..

@anonymous - achso. to be honest thats still a long process.. but anyway if they are done checking for your papers and needs translation ng birth cert. maybe your on half way already.. and beside there will still be an interview, official na submission mo ng requirements sa embassy pra sa visa application.
